for hazardous waste management or industrial waste management
i found one which they wrote there The Environmental Quality Act 1974 [Act 127]
amended in section 34B
- Any person who contravenes this section shall be
guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be punished with
imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years and shall
also be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand
ringgit.
